SHAAHI TOAST (Festival Special SWEET )



Ingredients:

Bread- 4 slices
Ghee for frying
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Water- 1 cup
Elichi powder (cardamom)- 1/2 tsp
Pistachio- 4 to 5

Method:

- Cut the bread into any desired shape (I have cut the bread into round shape).\

- Now heat the ghee in a pan on medium flame and fry all the bread pieces until it turns golden brown.

- Meanwhile in another pan mix sugar and water and boil it for 3-4 minutes to make a sugar syrup.

- Add elichi powder in the sugar syrup.

- Once the bread pieces turn golden brown, soak the pieces in the sugar syrup for 5-10 seconds and take them out on the plate and Garnish it with pistachio.

- Serve it hot or chilled as you like and Enjoy The Festival Season !
