INSTANT BREAD DHOKLA

Ingredients:
For Dhokla
Bread - 4 slice
Rawa (Sooji) - 1/2 cup
Curd - 3/4th cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green Chilly paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt
Unflavoured Fruit Salt (ENO) - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Citric acid powder (taatri) - 1/4th tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
For Tadka
Oil - 2 tbsp
Masturd Seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Green chillies (Slit the green chillies) - 4 to 5
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4th tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
PROCESS:
- Cut the sides of the bread and then coarsely grind it.
- Now in a bowl take the coarsely grind bread, rawa, curd, green chilly paste, ginger paste, oil, turmeric, sugar and salt.
- Now add water into it to get a consistency like a idli batter and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile pre-heat the Steamer and grease the mould / thaali with oil.
- After 15 minutes, add fruit salt (Eno) in the batter and mix it well.
- Now transfer it into the mould and steam it for 15 minutes.
- Once it cools down, cut it into square pieces and transfer it to the serving plate.
- Now to prepare the Tadka, in a pan heat the oil and add mustard and sesame seeds to it.
- Add the green chillies into it and saute it, the add water, sugar and salt into it.
- Now pour the tadka over the bread dhokla and garnish it with coriander.
