Cauliflower Pulau




Cauliflower Pulau required

Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Cauliflower - 1 (small and powdery chopped)
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomato - 3 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 2 (long sliced)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Caram Masala - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - the required amount
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Bar - 1
Cardamom - 2
Biryani leaf - 1
Oil - 1 table spoon
Water - 2 cups

How to make cauliflower pulau:

First you need to clean the rice well and keep it all alone. Then place a cooker in the oven and pour it on the oil and mix it with cumin seeds, bay leaf, cardamom and bark.
